Privacy at RegOS.

• Account info: email address, name (if provided).
• Usage data: queries you submit and answers we return. We retain conversations for 365 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Audit records of regulated answers are retained permanently as a compliance record.
• Analytics: anonymised product usage (clicks, page views, errors) via PostHog. No PII tied to analytics events without your account context.

• We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with third parties for marketing.
• We don’t fine-tune external models on your queries.
